There’s plenty of caching plugins : it doesn’t seem fair that this one specifically is mentioned 17 times.

It’s OK to mention plugins, it’s not to loop about one, especially in sentences like :

“W3 Total Cache supports Minify and Tidy to compress and combine your style sheets and javascript files.”

Yeah, like most caching plugins actually.
