Here you should tell what fields will be searched. After entering a ton of Alt-texts to my images I hoped to have “tagged” them so that I would be able to search images matching my keywords in the Media Library. I was very disappointed to find out that the Alt-field is not searched at all.

It showing all Media after “unattached filtering” also.
