Why it’s in the Showcase: CBS New York receives a huge amount of traffic and features a wide variety of content, ranging from news stories to video sports and news highlights.

The Wesleyan Argus is published by the undergraduates of Wesleyan University. The Argus is published twice weekly during the school year except in exam periods or recesses.

Why it’s in the Showcase: The Wesleyan Argus uses WordPress’ plugin architecture to create an issue-based workflow that lets the twice weekly newspaper of Wesleyan University push 30 to 40 articles live at any given time. The paper also created an issue designer that lets them choose which posts should be featured in any given section.

Metroblogging is the world’s largest network of city focused blogs, covering local issues in over 50 cities around the world.
