This site is a fully customized news portal for the University of Manitoba. The new site allows University staff writers and contributors to publish new, relevant, and fresh content—including photography, video and social media. The site is fully responsive so that it performs beautifully on desktop, laptop, tablet and smartphone.

Why it’s in the Showcase: The challenge was to design and build a digital newspaper that could fully replace the the University of Manitoba’s current printed paper, “The Bulletin”. Because digital consumption of news now far outweighs its traditional printed counterpart, they chose a scalable and flexible platform to go fully paperless.
